An established and stable property company in the CBD are looking to build out their FP&A team with this permanent new team member

The Role

This is a newly created permanent position to support the FP&A team of 3 with analysis, reporting and systems.

A key focus on accountability, excellence, timely ownership of deliverables and customer service mentality, this hire is critical to the ongoing success and growth of this vibrant property development company.

Daily work will include:

Support for the month end process for management reporting pack creation
Journal entries
Variance to budget, commentary and analysis
Systems focus on ERP and Budget/OLAP tools is essential and core to this function of support
Management of the financial systems from the accounting team perspective
Ad hoc variety of management accounting and systems accounting daily and project work

This position has a blend of systems accounting and management reporting in the FP&A function and will suit an accountant heading towards project management, consulting on financial systems and eventually commercial management and directorship.

Your Profile

Your experience will be from work in management accounting, reporting and analysis with a key eye for detail and an aptitude for improving systems and automation. Your CV must show your month end reporting experience with key projects on ERP systems implementation and BAU continuous improvement.

CA/CPA or equivalent qualified would be preferred but also those working towards fully accounting qualification with a degree in accounting and key focus on management accounting.

Highly professional presentation and communication is essential.
