What you'll do:

As a Management Accountant, your role will be pivotal in providing accounting expertise to our client's organisation. You will be tasked with preparing and reviewing financial reports that aid in decision-making and ensure compliance. Your ability to analyse financial data will be crucial in identifying areas of improvement and recommending effective solutions. You will also develop and monitor budgets, track performance against these budgets, and provide accurate financial forecasts. Your role will extend beyond finance as you integrate financial data with non-finance systems to provide valuable business insights. Additionally, you will prepare tracking reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and offer guidance on financial matters to other departments.

• Prepare and review financial reports to support decision-making and compliance.
• Analyse financial data, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions.

• Develop activity-based costing measures to improve service line performance.
• Integrate financial data with non-finance systems for business insights.

• Support internal controls, month-end processing, and annual audits.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Management Accountant role is a qualified accountant with CPA, CA, or CMA accreditation. You bring strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices along with exceptional analytical skills that allow you to dissect complex financial data. Your proficiency in Excel enables you to model and report on this data effectively. Importantly, you have the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience in identifying and addressing financial issues promptly will be highly valued.

• Qualified Accountant with CPA, CA, or CMA accreditation.
