Our client is a trusted distributor of high quality products, seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team. With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, our client is recognised for their commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional service to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for the industrial sectors and a strong organisational skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as part of a small team and reporting to the General Manager, your key responsiblities will include but not limited to;

• Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to manage inventory and fulfil customer requirements.
• Maintain and update customer records, providing exceptional service and support.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts to inform business strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.

The Candidate:

The successful applicant will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes:

• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role.
• Ability to multitask with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SAP software will be a distinct advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
