The Role:

• Manage a clean portfolio of 100 well-maintained CBD-based properties
• All properties are within walking distance – no long drives or suburb-hopping
• Liaise with landlords and tenants, manage maintenance and arrears
• Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• No trust accounting required
• Monday to Friday

About You:

• Hold a current Certificate of Registration and valid driver’s licence
• Professionally presented with strong written and verbal communication
• Confident, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• A team player with a great attitude and strong attention to detail
• Mandarin speaking is highly desirable
