Assistant Property Manager – Property Central Penrith

Property Central Penrith is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to work alongside our Senior Property Manager, assisting in all aspects of property management.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our property management team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
✅ Coordinating and managing property maintenance
✅ Conducting ingoing and routine inspections
✅ Assisting with administrative tasks related to property management
✅ Liaising with tenants and contractors
✅ Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in real estate property management

A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

A valid NSW Driver’s License

Familiarity with PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Express is highly desirable

Strong communication and organizational skills

A proactive and customer-focused approach
