The Position

In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio circa 190 properties
• You will manage and oversee three direct reports who will report to you
• Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage urgent repair and maintenance requests
• Represent the landlord at tribunal hearings
• Negotiate rent reviews/lease agreements
• Minimise rental arrears

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

• Previous Property Management experience- 2+ years
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• First-class communication and customer service
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
• Good personal presentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• A good teamwork ethic
• The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
• Impeccable time management and organisational skills
