Our client, a leader in high-end product manufacturing, is looking for a Production Order Coordinator to join their collaborative team. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and coordination skills will have a direct impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing and categorising production orders based on type and complexity
• Analysing Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure everything is correctly accounted for
• Allocating jobs to the right manufacturing stream, keeping things moving to schedule
• Coordinating with Purchasing to confirm material availability and timelines
• Partnering with Customer Service to clarify specs and keep customers in the loop
• Tracking progress and resolving any hiccups before they become delays

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or scheduling (ideal, but not essential)
• Strong organisational instincts and a process-driven mindset
• Good understanding of BOMs and production documents
• A confident communicator who works well across teams
• Comfortable navigating ERP or production systems
