The role

This role is based at Goldners headquarters at Prestons NSW.

As our Transport Operations Assistant you will be a key member of Goldners operations team. Your role will have variety and scope to develop and learn.

Key responsibilities will include:

Answering phone calls, emails and other forms of communication

Delivering exceptional customer service

Taking bookings, and scheduling and pricing movements

Accurate record keeping and filing

Data entry

Small projects, and other ad hoc tasks.
