About the Role:
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll be central to delivering an exceptional service experience across phone and email. You'll manage enquiries, support account needs, and build long-term relationships with clients who value expertise and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls and email enquiries from customers and dealership partners
• Offering accurate product and service information with professionalism and warmth
• Troubleshooting concerns and providing timely resolutions
• Updating and maintaining accurate customer records in internal systems
• Working closely with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer support
