With projects accelerating throughout NSW and QLD, we’re expanding our construction team — and we need an experienced Trade Manager to help us build both homes and strong trade networks.

The Role
We're looking for a driven Trade Manager with a deep understanding of residential construction and a strong network of subcontractors across all key trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, tiling, and landscaping. You’ll be the driving force behind keeping builds moving, solving site-level issues, and ensuring our jobs are resourced and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Source, onboard, and manage subcontractor networks across multiple trades
• Coordinate scheduling and availability of trades across multiple job sites
• Liaise with Site Supervisors and Construction Managers to fill trade gaps quickly
• Troubleshoot trade-related issues (e.g., no-shows, quality issues, delays)
• Monitor trade performance and implement systems to improve delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable subcontractors
• Drive cost and time efficiency without compromising on build quality

About You
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in residential construction or trade supervision
• Ability to build and work wit a strong network of licensed and insured subcontractors
• Problem-solver with excellent organisational and people management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• White Card essential; trade qualification highly regarded
• Valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel to site locations
