Lead Group Healthcare are working with a number of organisations, both for profit and not for profit, in regional Vic and regional NSW, in coastal towns and big towns, from small to large homes, who are looking for experienced CCCs with excellent leadership capabilities, to step into senior management positions.

What’s required?
- Willingness to relocate to regional towns
- At least 1 year as a CCC in residential aged care
- Strong leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Working knowledge of Clinical Governance, continuous improvement strategies, and accreditation process
- Auditing and gap analysis knowledge and experience
