Our goal is to sell multiple services to the same industry. We also own the brand Solar Nerds which is a marketing tool designed to help the sales team.
About the role
As a Business Development Manager at Solaris, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion. Working from home, this full-time position will see you responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across our range of financial services products and also a recruitment services.
What you'll be doing
Proactively prospect and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches to demonstrate how Solaris' products and services can address client requirements
Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals within agreed targets and timelines
Maintain a detailed pipeline of sales opportunities and regularly report on progress
Work collaboratively with the wider sales and product teams to identify cross-selling and upselling possibilities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and evolving client needs
Participate in trade shows, networking events and other marketing initiatives to raise the company's profile
