An exciting opportunity now exists to join our Client as Clinical Manager, where you’ll lead the Clinical Team in delivering high-quality support and safeguards to help our customers thrive at home.

This pivotal leadership role blends strategic oversight with operational excellence, helping shape the future of aged care through clinical leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Quality and Safeguarding, and working closely with all areas of the business, you’ll lead the Clinical Team to provide consistent, high-quality support across the customer journey. Your work will ensure their workforce is equipped to deliver safe, compliant and person-centred care.

You’ll also act as a key clinical subject matter expert on strategic projects and lead the development of clinical processes, policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
People & Leadership

  • Lead the Clinical Team and manage resource allocation to meet clinical priorities
  • Coach, mentor and supervise direct reports to build a high-performing team in a remote/mobile workforce environment
  • Communicate performance goals clearly and review progress to align with business objectives

Clinical Governance

  • Conduct audits of clinical care and identify areas for development
  • Support the development of effective corrective actions and improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Work closely with the Head of Quality and Safeguarding to maintain high standards of care and regulatory alignment

Strategic Projects & Process Improvement

  • Act as a subject matter expert on strategic initiatives relevant to clinical operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across quality, complaints, customer service, product, support, and payments teams
  • Translate clinical requirements into practical processes, documents and training
  • Drive policy development and implementation across clinical functions

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven leadership or team coordination experience, including performance coaching
  • Strong background in Community based aged care
  • Solid understanding of aged care compliance, case management, and quality standards
  • Demonstrated experience building a positive team culture within a remote or mobile workforce
