Facility Manager - Aged Care - Adelaide
A well-established large aged care home in West Adelaide is seeking an experienced and compassionate Facility Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional care to residents.

This role will report directly to the CEO and will oversee all daily operations of the home.

This organisation is open to an experienced CM stepping into this position.

About you

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Ideally 10+ years of experience in the aged care sector
  • Proven leadership capability and emotional intelligence
  • Committed to delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement
  • Previous Facility Manager experience preferred, though strong Care Managers ready to step up will be considered (salary reflective of experience)
  • Flexible with start and finish times (on-site role only)
  • On-call requirements to be confirmed
