In this role you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing new customer inquiries and needs
• Collaborating with the design team to coordinate customer inquiries and schedule appointments
• Providing administrative support to Area Sales Managers, including appointment setting and ad hoc tasks
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience in sales, customer support, or administration
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to think critically and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
