The Opportunity
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 + performance bonuses
We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to become the face of our growing company. This isn't just a customer service role – you'll be a trusted advisor to dental professionals, helping them transform their practices with our innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
Build lasting relationships with dental professionals across Australia and internationally
Become a product expert on our cutting-edge dental technology solutions
Drive customer success through proactive support, training, and troubleshooting
Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, sales, and technical teams
Process orders and logistics including international shipments with precision
Manage office operations and create a welcoming environment for visitors
Contribute to our growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience
What Makes You Perfect for This Role
Essential:
1-2+ years in customer-facing roles
Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure
Enthusiasm for technology and innovation
Located in Sydney with reliable transport to Crows Nest
Highly Valued:
Background in healthcare, dental, or medical device industries
Experience with B2B customer success or account management
