Role Overview
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels including phone, email and social media, delivering an exceptional experience every time.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams such as marketing and logistics, helping shape the customer journey from start to finish. It's a great opportunity to build meaningful relationships, represent a growing brand and be part of a business that's on the rise.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing above and beyond assistance to customers via inbound/outbound calls.
- Live chat with existing and new customers about our products and services.
- Respond to emails regarding customers' orders.
- Accept and amend new or existing orders.
- Interface with our marketing team to assist in answering customer queries and complaints in social media, online review and other relevant online community channels.
- Track orders and liaise with internal/external logistics teams for any delivery questions.
- Upsell product add on where possible.
- Work with the team to achieve business objectives.
- Resolve customer complaints.
Candidate Profile
You bring strong experience across the core responsibilities and pride yourself on clear communication and high attention to detail. Proactive by nature, you take initiative to follow up with key stakeholders and ensure accurate, timely responses to patient or customer queries. You maintain a professional and empathetic phone manner and are confident engaging with people across all levels of the business.
To thrive in this role, you will be a driven and compassionate Customer Service professional who is looking to grow long term with a purpose-led organisation in the healthcare space. Ideally, you will have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering outstanding support to patients and healthcare providers. While previous experience in a medical, allied health or patient-focused setting is beneficial, it's your empathy, initiative and commitment to exceptional service that will set you apart.
