National Affordable Housing (NAH) is on a mission to provide secure, affordable housing and improve quality of life for Australians. We're seeking a proactive and professional Office Administrator to join our dedicated team in Queensland.
This is a full-time role located at our head office in Milton. The Kings Row office complex is just a few steps away from the bustling Park Road, conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.
As the friendly face at reception, the Office Administrator is the heartbeat of the office, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service, and efficient administration support across multiple teams, clients and stakeholders.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Be the first point of contact for visitors and calls
Coordinate mail, stationery, kitchen supplies, and meetings
Maintain the professional presentation of shared office spaces
Support and coordination of onsite meetings, appointments and presentations
Executive & Team Support
Assist the Executive Officer and CEO with administrative tasks
Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
Support company events, media and newsletters
Maintain registers (legal files, complaints, etc.)
Housing Services Support
Manage distribution of keys to trades and residents
Oversee Rentals and Information inboxes
Assist with bond processing, property notices, and data logging

What you will bring to this role?
Minimum 3 years’ experience reception, customer service and/or administration support
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and high attention-to-detail
Strong interpersonal skills
A flexible, adaptive and solutions-focused attitude and approach
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365
Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and a varied workload
A commitment to continuous improvement and procedural development.
Employment is subject to the satisfactory completion of a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
