About us

We're a small, client-focused, country legal practice which strives to deliver great service to the community. We work hard to achieve our goals but we also appreciate life is not all about work. We have a position vacant for a Receptionist / Office Assistant who is keen to make a difference and contribute to the continued growth of our practice.

Qualifications & experience

Experience in client-focused care and service delivery

At least 3+ years of experience in a receptionist / office administrative / assistant role

Able to type fast

Experience working with Microsoft products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams

Experience in a legal office will be an added bonus

Tasks & responsibilities

Answering phone calls and attending to reception duties.

Assisting with opening of files and ongoing file management

Managing diaries of 4 lawyers

Managing client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with clients

Assisting solicitors with their daily tasks

General office administration
