We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Officer to join our dedicated Quality & Clinical Governance team in a full-time hybrid or remote capacity. About the Role
As the Quality and Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting Capecare’s quality and clinical governance framework. You will help drive best practice and continuous improvement across all service areas, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Capecare’s own high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate internal and external audit administration, collate and prepare data for analysis.
Assist in developing audit tools and compliance assessments.
Administer and update systems such as AutumnCare, Sandwai and Moving On Audits (MOA)
Monitor Capecare’s feedback system to ensure timely resolution and ongoing improvement
Support document management processes, ensuring compliance with review timelines
Coordinate the Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI) database and activities
Stay up to date with aged care regulatory changes, and support policy implementation
Champion Capecare’s commitment to compassion, respect, partnership, and excellence
What You’ll Bring
Certification in Quality Auditing (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor) is desirable but not essential.
Experience in the administration of quality and compliance auditing documents or similar.
Proficiency in SharePoint Document Library or similar.
Knowledge of Aged Care Act, Standards, Guideline and Regulations is desirable but not essential.
Strong Business Administration skills.
