Companion Health is a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred care for individuals with diverse needs throughout the Perth metropolitan area. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced, dedicated Client Engagement Officer.

We are looking for a Client Engagement Officer to join our dedicated team. This key role will focus on strengthening community networks, supporting client onboarding, and ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement with NDIS participants. You’ll work closely with hospitals, support coordinators, social workers, and other stakeholders to grow our referral base and ensure participants are supported from the moment they join us.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain strong referral networks with hospitals, community groups, and support coordinators.
Support and oversee participant onboarding, including documentation and service agreements.
Lead client engagement meetings.
Collaborate with business development on marketing and outreach efforts.
Maintain up-to-date client records and provide regular progress reports.
Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma in Community Services or equivalent or 3 years minimum experience in the disability/NDIS sector.
Proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Knowledge of NDIS processes, quality and safeguarding framework, and client-centred practices.
Excellent communication, report-writing, and organisational abilities.
Confidence in using client management systems and tracking client outcomes.
Desirable:
Experience in social media and community marketing.
Professional experience in the Disability Sector.
