About the opportunity:

We are seeking multiple dedicated and proactive Incident Response Officers to join our team on both full-time and casual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to incidents on the toll road, ensuring the safety of motorists, and minimizing traffic disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, and emergencies on toll roads.

Assess situations and take appropriate actions to ensure safety and restore normal traffic flow.

Coordinate with emergency services, tow trucks, and other relevant parties if required.

Provide first aid and basic medical assistance if required.

Communicate effectively with the control center and other team members.

Document incidents accurately and maintain detailed reports.

Conduct regular patrols to monitor road conditions and identify potential hazards.

Support the civil maintenance crew as required

Experience and Certifications required:

Previous experience in incident response, emergency services, or a related field would be beneficial

Strong knowledge of traffic management and safety protocols.

MR/HR license is required with TMI/TMA highly desirable

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

First aid/CPR certification or willing to obtain.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
