About the role
selectability is recruiting for a Finance Officer to join the corporate finance team, based in Townsville. The Finance Officer assists the Finance Accountants in the sound financial management of selectability and associated entities through the delivery of comprehensive timely and accurate accounting and financial administrative support services. The key responsibilities of the Finance Officer include, but are not limited to:
- manage and process quoting and invoicing on a timely basis
- ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- handle invoicing inquires and resolve in a timely manner
- collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless quality care delivery
About you
To be successful you must:
- previous finance experience/similar role
- experience and competence at an advanced level in the use of MYOB, Acumatica and Microsoft excel
- understanding of job costing processes
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent interpersonal skills; capacity to interact with staff at all levels and to work effectively with the team
- high level organisational, administrative and project management skills, including the ability to set priorities against competing priorities and meet deadlines
- ability to work under minimal supervision

- a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (ability to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (ability to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
