An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales function for a well-regarded regional hotel, while based in Melbourne’s CBD.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing strategy, and driving results — all while representing a unique regional property with strong appeal across corporate, leisure and group segments.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the end-to-end sales function for a single regional hotel

Develop and maintain relationships across corporate, MICE, leisure and wholesale markets

Create and implement sales plans aligned with revenue targets

Collaborate with on-site and head office stakeholders

Represent the property at trade shows, industry events and client meetings
