We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join their collaborative and close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a firm that values quality, integrity, and people.

About the Role

· Working closely with a team of experienced litigators, your responsibilities will include:

· Managing calendars, court deadlines, and scheduling appointments

· Answering and directing client calls with professionalism

· Document preparation, legal correspondence, and court filings

· File management and data entry using Clio legal software

· Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, and court staff

· General admin support: scanning, binding, dictation, and more

Who are we ideally looking for?

We’re seeking someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy legal environment. The ideal candidate will have:

· 1–2 years’ experience in a Legal Assistant or Paralegal role

· Exposure to Magistrates’ Court litigation highly desirable

· Proficiency in Clio and Microsoft Office

· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· A team-oriented and proactive working style
