We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal to become part of our boutique law firm, which specialises in motor vehicle insurance litigation.

Your Role Will Include, But Is Not Limited To:

Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and tracking deadlines;

Answering and directing telephone calls;

Data entry and file management using legal software;

Preparing and filing legal documents and correspondence, including court filings;

Liaising with clients in a professional and friendly manner;

General administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, binding, and dictation/typing.

About You:
We’re looking for someone energetic and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, client-focused team. You’ll ideally have:

1–2 years’ experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role (Magistrates’ Court experience preferred);

Familiarity with Clio legal software and Microsoft Office;

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;

Ability to manage a high workload and prioritise tasks effectively;

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
