About the Role:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects, ensuring deliverability within defined time, cost and quality parameters. Reporting directly to the Director ,the PM plays a critical role in managing client relationships, guiding and direction our site erection teams addressing project risks and issues.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.

*Develop and implement project execution strategies , aligning with business objectives.

*Monitor Project progress and intervene when necessary to maintain alignment with goals.

*Ensure project scopes are clearly defined and adhered to.

*Assign PCs to project, managing their capacity to deliver successfully.

*Provide guidance and mentorship to PCs, enabling their professional growth

Cost, Quality & Schedule Management

Track and control project costs to prevent budget overruns

*Ensure project quality meets or exceeds company and client expectations

*Identify schedule risks early and implement mitigation measures

*Conduct regular project reviews to ensure alignment with contractual obligations

*Ensure adherence to project delivery timelines as a key performance metric

Lead the projects through the design and approval pathways

Work closely with internal and to ensure the projects objectives are met

Monitor and report on project progress, managing project risks and issues to ensure delivery within scope, time and budget

Facilitate regular project meetings ,provide status updates, and ensure clear and timely communications with all team members regarding the projects progress and challenges

Ensure compliance in accordance with quality, OH&S and program requirements

Skills & experience :

Extensive experience in Structural steel

Experience Project management with a focus in structural steel

Project management qualification or related field

Strong understanding of design and design management requirements and shop drawing reviews

Experience in reviewing construction and structural documentation and technical specifications

Ability to manage subcontractors onsite, including the review and issuing RFI'S while reviewing trade specific variations with the contract administrator
