The opportunity
In this role, you’ll be a client-side Project Manager, leading the delivery of key projects that support Warrigal’s Growth Plan. You’ll be responsible for bringing together the right people and resources to make sure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality, efficiency, and financial performance.
Your focus will be on delivering outcomes that not only meet project goals but also reflect the needs of our customers and align with Warrigal’s values and design standards. Wherever possible, you’ll collaborate with customers, residents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure their voices are part of the process—incorporating co-design principles to create solutions that are practical, inclusive, and widely supported.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or related fields.
- Substantial experience managing diverse development projects across different locations
- Experience managing multiple projects using best practices in project procurement and management. This includes effective budget control and risk monitoring to ensure successful outcomes
- Proficiency in budget planning and monitoring, with decision making and accountability within approved budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with minimum supervision or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Comprehensive knowledge required to use a computer and other forms of technology on a regular basis. Competence using MS office suite
- Experience liaising with consultants, contractors, service providers and multiple project stakeholders.
- A positive, professional attitude and ability to promote Warrigal in keeping with the Organisation’s vision, purpose and values.
- Current NSW drivers licence.
Additional desirable requirements:
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards (Accreditation Standards) & Retirement Villages Act.
- Knowledge of National Aged Care Design Principles and Guidelines
- Knowledge and understanding of local and state planning controls and their relevance to residential and aged care developments.
