Eltech Electrical Services, based in Wangara, is currently seeking a friendly and reliable Office Manager to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis, 12 - 16hrs per week. The successful applicant will need to be proficient in Xero Accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Attributes include:
Previous experience in Xero Accounting Software, including Payroll, invoicing and payments
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Great time management and attention to detail
Able to work independently
Job roles include, but not limited to:
Payroll
Invoicing
Allocation of payments
Allocation of purchases
Helping with BAS and PAYG
General Admin tasks
We are a small to medium sized Commercial Electrical Contracting company currently with 11 staff, including 3 in the office (including you!). We mainly contract to large builders with projects that last more than 12 months. We are always up for a laugh and chat, however knowing that we still need to complete the works on hand. The work is not overly onerous and the management is always on hand to help out with any issues. If you think you fit the bill then please reach out.
