A thriving fitness company, seeking a dynamic and highly organised Office Manager/Administrator to join their team. This is a part-time role during school hours, with potential to grow into a full-time position.

About the Role
In this varied and rewarding position, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office operations. You’ll support the owner, team, and members with a wide range of responsibilities that keep our club running smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing administrative support to the business owner, staff, and members
Managing payroll and staff rosters
Performing reconciliation and invoicing using Xero
Overseeing all inbound enquiries (phone, email, walk-in, website, and social media)
Maintaining our customer database and membership records
Supporting member recruitment and retention initiatives
Ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations
Coordinating internal and external communication with a high level of professionalism
What You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven administrative experience (minimum 2 years), ideally in a sporting or sales/marketing setting
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and electronic
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)
Payroll and staff rostering experience
Experience with Xero accounting software (highly desirable)
Social media management skills (Facebook and Instagram)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
Customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Initiative and creative problem-solving abilities
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Trustworthy, reliable, and committed to delivering excellence
Experience using fitness or scheduling software (highly regarded)
