Operations Coordinator – Temp Role (3 month initial contract)

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for a 3 month initial contract / temporary assignment. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the national operations team, coordinating deliveries and working closely with account managers, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate deliveries to meet customer deadlines
  
  
• Liaise with internal teams to manage stock, inventory, and delivery schedules
  
  
• Communicate with customers on order status and resolve any issues
  
  
• Maintain accurate records in SAP
  
  
• Identify and resolve delivery discrepancies quickly
  
  

About You:

• Experience in operations, logistics, or delivery coordination
  
  
• Proficient in SAP (preferred)
  
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  
  
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Able to start asap!

Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months initial - potential to extend and become permanent
