Salary Range $80,000 - $94,000 ($40.50 - $47.50/hr) dependant on experience.

We have a bright & busy future with continued strong sales growth & we now need to attract an experienced Operations Planning Coordinator (Scheduling) on a full-time permanent basis.
You will join with our existing team of manufacturing trades, trade assistants, logistics employees, installers, operations & sales professionals.
Ideally you will come from a manufacturing or construction planning background.
The primary focus of this role is to provide positive on-time-delivery outcomes for our customers through planning, creating & maintaining the Operational (Master) Schedule of the business.
The Operational Schedule needs to be effectively coordinated & the detail maintained. This will be done by working closely alongside the Operations Manager, & across all business departments such as Sales/Estimating (Customer Service), Project Management, Manufacturing, Despatch & Installation.
The Operational Schedule impacts & contributes to the success of all the steps in our order & fulfilment cycle. It relates to our business processes of order intake, site measure, manufacturing, despatch, install, warranty/rework, as well as capacity & resource planning.
The Operational Schedule is achieved through setting & reviewing the progress of orders on a consistent basis & allows for the maximisation of business efficiencies & up-to-date real time order information.
The role plays a significant contribution in keeping the business organised & focussed on what is scheduled & planned to occur.
You must be motivated to succeed, well presented, & exhibit a professional attitude. We can offer an immediate start with an attractive package & flexibility in the role.
Our ideal candidate will have:
At least 2-5 years’ experience in a scheduling, planning or coordinating role within a complex operation’s &/or manufacturing environment.
An organised, detailed, focussed, yet agile mindset.
Ability to create operational & manufacturing objectives & plans.
A positive can-do attitude.
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in short time frames..
A strong customer focus with a win/win attitude.
A continuous improvement mindset always looking to improve through small incremental change.
Excellent communication skills.
Lateral thinker with practical problem-solving skills & the ability to make sound judgements.
Excellent computer skills with medium level skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with other Planning/Scheduling software & a competency to leverage from this experience & apply it in this role.
