About Us

The Interior Fitout Association (IFA) is the leading industry body representing the interior fitout sector across Australia. We support our members—interior fitout professionals, manufacturers, and suppliers—through advocacy, networking, events, training, and industry resources. Our mission is to foster a strong, connected, and innovative industry, ensuring our members have the tools and opportunities to succeed.

The Role

In this multi-faceted role, you will:

Be the main point of contact for members

Manage membership engagement and administration

Liaise with key stakeholders across the industry

Maintain and update the CRM system

Support state-based committees

Assist in the organisation of events – both social events and meetings

Coordinate event registrations and provide support for state-based events

Perform a broad range of administrative and support tasks for the IFA office

Support our members through every stage of membership

Lead generation member engagement

About You

You:

Are a task-focused team player who can prioritise and meet deadlines

Have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office

Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Have exceptional attention to detail

Have event organisational skills

Can work effectively in a busy team environment

Can work independently while understanding accountabilities and consultation

Can build and maintain relationships internally and externally

Can manage competing priorities efficiently

Ideally have 2-3 years’ experience in a membership support or similar role

Flexible: Part-time, Potential opportunity to move to Full-time
Location: Erina, Central Coast
