We’re an outsourced marketing team for clients who need smart strategy, implementation and analysis all in the one place. Our crew of 11 includes marketers, content creators, digital specialists, strategists, and media and PR pros who work together to deliver results.

We’re on the lookout for a new Marketing Manager to join our team at Threesides HQ in Dickson, Canberra. If you’ve managed clients in an agency before or led in-house marketing campaigns and projects, this might be your next big step.

About the role

Our Marketing Managers lead client relationships, manage project delivery, and guide our team to make sure everything runs smoothly—and gets measurable results. You can expect:

Client leadership – You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients across a range of industries, so no day is ever the same. You’ll set the strategy, manage and be involved in the execution, and report on performance, using data to determine what’s next.

Hands-on creativity – While you’ll have a team of specialists to lean on, you’ll stay sharp by creating content too.

Variety! One day you’ll plan a work-in-progress meeting, write a brief for a photo shoot, and develop a content plan, while the next day you’ll review social media posts, draft a media release, update budgets, and develop an email marketing campaign.

Data-led decision making – Use the latest tools to inform content, and track, measure and report on marketing performance.

Who we are looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing or communications management, with strong digital skills

Demonstrate project management and briefing skills

Good at finding alternatives and giving something new a go. This comes from your love for learning, curiosity and proactivity

Enjoy variety, preferring to work across a breadth of tactics, topics and strategy

Love jumping in and helping solve business problems with practical marketing solutions

Detail-oriented, always striving for quality with a clear sense of direction and purpose so you can lead clients with confidence, help grow junior team members, and keep projects running smoothly

A team player with a good sense of humour—we all pitch in and leave egos at the door

Strong people skills that will help you build relationships with clients, suppliers and our team
