Recreational Aviation Australia (RAAus) is the peak body in Australia responsible for administering ultralight, recreational, Light Sport and Lightweight Aircraft operations, training and certifying pilots (9,500 flying members), flying instructors (460) and maintainers (400). Additionally, we also register and administer airworthiness of a fleet of 3,200 aircraft, oversee the operations of 160 flight training schools throughout the country and support 50 Aero Clubs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead website and Member Portal content and functionality enhancements.

Collaborate on a whole-of-business Marketing Strategy aligned with organisational goals.

Analyse and refine digital engagement to maximise reach and effectiveness.

Coordinate member surveys, events, and stakeholder communications.

Support marketing campaigns, content creation, supplier management, and online services.

Represent RAAus at key aviation events and contribute to strategic initiatives.
