We're looking for an IT Operations Platform Lead to take ownership of core business technologies and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead internal IT platforms (excluding product tech), including Salesforce, PureCloud (Genesys), and more
• Be the go-to Level 3 support across multiple platforms and locations
• Build and maintain automations, SSO/SAML integrations, and onboarding workflows
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues like a pro
• Manage IT security tasks including user access controls and vendor coordination
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to deliver seamless tech experiences

What You Bring:

• Solid experience in IT operations for mid-sized organisations
• Strong understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, and identity management
• Skilled with Google Workspace, Salesforce admin, Genesys/PureCloud, and ticketing systems
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable translating tech for non-tech folks
• Bonus: Python scripting, experience with automation, SaaS security, or AWS
