Job Summary: We are seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our official social media accounts. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, producing high-quality original content, engaging with followers, expanding community influence, and enhancing the brand's overall performance across major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company's official social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Plan and execute social media content calendars based on brand positioning and marketing strategy; produce high-quality, engaging original content (including copy, images, short videos, etc.).

Actively engage with followers, promptly respond to comments and direct messages, and build and maintain an active and healthy community atmosphere.

Plan and execute online interactive campaigns to increase user engagement and brand loyalty.

Monitor key social media metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement rate, reach, click-through rate), regularly analyze performance, and provide optimization reports.

Assist with social media advertising campaigns and performance optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Literature, or a related field is preferred.

Native English speaker preferred.

3+ years of experience in social media account management and content creation, with a portfolio of successful work/case studies preferred.

Proficiency in the operational strategies and tools of at least 2-3 major international social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with outstanding copywriting and content creation abilities.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools, with the ability to derive insights from data and propose solutions.
