What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare, pack, and dispatch export and aviation orders to customers around the world
• Review product specs and schedules to ensure everything ships accurately and on time
• Coordinate with local and international freight forwarders to keep things moving smoothly
• Generate export documentation, carrier labels, and Shipper’s Letters of Instruction (SLIs)
• Resolve any shipping or inventory discrepancies with agility and accuracy
• Suggest and support improvements to our export processes – your ideas matter!
• Share shipping schedules and updates with internal and external stakeholders
• Cross-train and support other warehouse functions – teamwork makes the dream work
• Support safety protocols and contribute to a culture of well-being

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse, shipping, or export logistics
• Solid understanding of export requirements, documentation, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook – and experience with Oracle or similar systems
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay cool under pressure
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
• A collaborative spirit and a “get it done” attitude
• Understanding of warehouse safety standards, including manual handling
• Physical capability to handle warehouse tasks and pass a pre-employment medical

Education Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
