The successful candidate will be someone motivated to help drive the growth of the company through supporting the recruitment of employees, sales associates as well as managing the backend operations required to keep our Brisbane location running smoothly.

What will your role involve?

• Assist in all areas of the recruitment process
• Candidate resourcing using online channels and existing databases
• Shortlisting resumes
• Phone Screening
• Hosting
• General administration & payroll
• Undertaking projects tasks as required
• Liaising with Clients & suppliers
• Stock management

How will you be successful in this role? You will:

• Have previous experience working in a phone based role
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold a Strong ability to build rapport
• Be Goal oriented and enthusiastic
• Maintain Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Possess strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
• Be very well presented
• Entail a high work ethic & drive
• Have a positive can do attitude And have a bit of banter about you (:
• Previous experience in recruitment will be highly regarded*
