We are looking for an experienced manager to join our existing management team at our Wollert Service.
The Role - Join our management team
You must have experience leading a successful busy childcare service
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, and proven experience in creating positive team cultures
Ability to lead by example to mentor and support your team
Hands on approach management style
Experience in Owna program - or willing to lean
Ability to work within an experienced management team
Able to meet deadlines and targets
To be successful in your application you must have the following:
A Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood
Experience managing a busy service
Knowledge and experience with NQF, Rating and Assessment
Ability to work with a supportive network, i.e. work within a management team, and external management team
Experience in staff rosters and maintaining ratios for compliance
Knowledge and experience to ensure the service is meeting all regulations and legislation
A high attention to detail, ability to maintain an organised office and work within a fast paced environment
Ability to motivate Educators
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR qualifications
Above Award Incentives and wages on offer for the right applicant - salary depending on experience
About You
We are looking for an experienced leader with appropriate qualifications who is passionate about early childhood education. We are looking for a hands on approach to managing the service and work alongside the existing management team.
