We are now seeking an experienced Duty Manager looking for a new challenge in their hospitality career and wants to grow with our company.

You will work closely with the Venue and Assistant Venue Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business and provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior supervisory role at a busy pub, bar or nightclub and have a passion for the hospitality industry.

What you will be doing:

Taking a leading role in the operations of the venue whilst on shift

Overseeing the management of staff

Maintaining a consistent atmosphere that is on brand with the venue

What we are looking for:

Hospitality supervisory experience, ideally within a busy pub/bar/nightclub environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Great customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflict and handle customer complaints effectively

Good initiative, ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
