We are a next-generation Strata Management business that invests in technology to put information in the hands of our strata committees. The role of a ‘next generation’ strata manager requires more than responding to requests and coordinating meetings, we advocate a high client service and a tailored experience for each client.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Strata Manager to join our team. You will lead a growing portfolio of high quality and important buildings and deliver with a client-focused approach. You will be critical to enabling the continued growth of The Strata Collective and will work closely with the Managing Director.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years strata management experience

Hold a Strata Management licence

Have strong experience managing large strata schemes and BMCs

Naturally, customer-focused to support our clients

Be open, authentic and honest to uphold our values

A passion for developing relationships and working with others

Strong levels of initiative and ownership to deliver outcomes that are in the best interests of our clients

Understanding of the annual strata management cycle and experience in managing the associated requirements

Comfortable and competent in working with IT systems to support our digital mindset

Working knowledge of the relevant regulatory environment and experience in compliance management including fire, lifts and safety reports
