Part-Time / Casual Bookkeeper
Established Shopfitting Company – Salisbury, QLD

The Opportunity
We’re an established, shopfitting business servicing South-East Queensland. We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper who’s confident in MYOB. The position is part time and would require approx 20 hours a week. Can work around school hours.

Dutys include

Monday – Payroll: process weekly wages, super, and leave in MYOB; lodge STP.

Invoicing: raise and send customer invoices, match purchase orders

Complete bank reconciliations so accounts balance weekly.

Ad-hoc accounts admin (supplier statements, filing, BAS prep support).

Chase overdue debtors

Paying supplier invoices.

We’re Looking For

2+ years bookkeeping experience (trade or construction desirable).

Advanced skills in MYOB (invoicing, payroll, bank recs, reporting).

Confident communicator

Strong attention to detail and ability to hit weekly deadlines.
