Premier QLD are currently seeking a Part Time Book Keeper to join our team at Toowoomba Depot.

Premier Queensland is part of the Premier Transport Group providing bus and coach transport services in the Dalby, Toowoomba and Ipswich areas. We operate local route and school bus services, private charters, contract work and more. Our operations are Australian owned and operated to provide cost effective travel options and quality customer service to passengers in the these areas and surrounds.

Debtor Management:

Produce Coach Manager Reports and Invoices

Process and Distribute Client Invoices

Submit payment claims for Clients

Receive debtor payments and undertake credit control and customer account management.

Reconciliation

Produce Debtor Statements.

Creditor Management:

Review, file and authorize creditor payments.

Financial Management and Reporting:

Reconciling Bank Accounts, Credit Card Statements weekly and EOM.

Manage Inventory data including reconciliations, EOM and EOFY processing.

Manage financial liabilities data including reconciliations and EOM processing.

BAS - assist in preparing reports for each month.

Reports - assist with EOM and EOFY processing and preparation of monthly management reports.

FBT and Fuel Tax

Completing EOM Superannuation Reports

Completing EOM Payroll Tax

Updating Records in Coach Manage and MYOB.

Assisting with Payroll on an Adhoc Basis.
