Rise & Shine Kindergarten Warner is looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to join our beautiful Warner centre. This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, with 3 dedicated off the floor days each week for mentoring and supporting your team.

About the Role

Lead the educational direction of the centre by inspiring, guiding, and supporting a team of passionate educators to deliver high quality and meaningful learning experiences.

Have three dedicated off the floor days per week to focus solely on mentoring, planning, coaching, and curriculum development.

Mentor educators by providing regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities, helping to build a culture of continuous learning and reflection.

Collaborate with your team to plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Rise & Shine's SHINE Advantage Curriculum.

Facilitate critical reflection sessions and lead team discussions to enhance pedagogical practice and ensure a child-centred, inclusive approach to education.

Be a key driver in quality improvement and innovation, working closely with the Centre Director and Management Team to identify goals, embed best practices, and prepare for assessment and rating.

Model intentional teaching and respectful relationships with children and families.

Stay up to date with current trends and research in early childhood education and ensure your team is supported to do the same.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a difference. To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ACECQA Approved).

Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and National Regulations.

Proven experience in an educational leader role highly regarded

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A collaborative, positive, and professional approach to leadership.
