Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Well-developed written and oral communication skills to confidently liaise with senior management, internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of Queensland Government Financial Management Practice Manual to develop and maintain effective, efficient and compliant administrative systems and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support, especially in relation to work practices relating to the investigation of offences committed under the Work Health and Safety Act, Electrical Safety Act and the Safety in Recreational Water Activities Act.
Demonstrated ability to utilise relevant software packages to enhance administrative support, including high level ability within the Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel).
