About the Role:
WorkPac is currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our client’s team in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to focus on delivering exceptional client service, supported by a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of approximately 130– 150 residential properties with a focus on quality service

Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and rent reviews in a timely and accurate manner

Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure properties remain compliant with relevant regulations

Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and tenants

Monitor rental arrears and implement proactive strategies to manage payments

Review inspection reports prepared by in-house assistants and take follow-up action as required

Respond to tenant and client enquiries promptly, maintaining a high standard of communication

Skills & Experience Required:

Demonstrated experience independently managing a property portfolio

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and client-focused approach

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a proactive, solution-driven mindset

Current Property Management Registration

Valid driver’s licence
