THE ROLE

This is an excellent junior starting role for the AEC industry to become a consultant for Nemetschek products GoCanvas and Bluebeam.

You will receive on the job training to become an expert in GoCanvas and Bluebeam, both are widely used and valued in the industry. Additionally, you will gain experience working with a wide variety of engineers, architects, and other construction professionals.

AEC site inspections, safety checklists, and job reporting

Environmental Services – for compliance tracking and field audits

Manufacturing – for quality control and equipment maintenance

Utilities & Energy – for field service management and outage reporting

Bluebeam is a powerful PDF markup and collaboration software designed specifically for professionals who work with technical documents. It enables users to create, edit, annotate, and collaborate on PDFs in real time, streamlining workflows and improving communication across project teams. Bluebeam is widely used in:

Construction – project managers, estimators, and site supervisors for drawing markups, RFIs, and punch lists

Architecture – architects and designers for design reviews and document control

Engineering – civil, structural, and MEP engineers for technical drawing collaboration

Utilities & Infrastructure – for planning, documentation, and field coordination

Specialist Contractors & Quantity Surveyors – for takeoffs, measurements, and cost estimation

As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in presenting Nemetschek software as a viable market leading platform for documentation on site in the construction industry.

You will regularly present software demos to potential clients and will listen to the client’s current pain points and identify opportunities, to best present how either software will improve and support their current workflows and site processes.

You will also work with existing clients to improve their use of the program and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Run tailored, engaging software demos that demonstrate business value.

Develop and deliver customised online training for a range of users, from field workers to admins.

Support current Nemetschek software clients in improving their processes, through training.

Act as a subject matter expert for Nemetschek software, remaining up to do date with new features. Empower your peers in sales, marketing, and other internal staff with your knowledge of the programs.

Handling technical and support tickets for Nemetschek software.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an approachable and solutions-focused professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Need to have:

A degree or experience in an industry using Nemetschek software. (the AEC industry as a whole, any role with site inspections, safety inspections, or other forms-based reporting.)

A demonstrated ability in communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of the AEC industry and site operations.

Confident in delivering presentations to clients and taking questions on the fly.

Strong understanding of how cloud platforms, mobile apps, and data integrations work.

Nice to have:

Experience using GoCanvas or a similar forms-based solution. The software can be taught on the job, but experience is desirable.

Experience using Bluebeam, or other PDF markup software. Bluebeam will be taught on the job also.

Experience with Autodesk Construction cloud, as you will need to understand the integrations between GoCanvas and these softwares.
