Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand current business processes and requirements, as well as future-state business flows, to deliver integrated PeopleSoft solutions that align with the organisation’s strategic and operational needs.
• Undertake detailed investigative activities to elicit business and system requirements through various techniques including stakeholder interviews, document analysis, workshops, business process mapping, user stories, workflows, and journey mapping, to build a comprehensive understanding of current PeopleSoft-related practices.
• Provide functional support for PeopleSoft modules to business users, quality assurance teams, and end users to ensure effective operation and successful delivery of system changes.
• Liaise with senior systems analysts to determine appropriate approaches to problem resolution, conducting root cause analysis to identify whether issues are functional or technical in nature.
• Collaborate with PeopleSoft Technical Consultants and business stakeholders to design system enhancements and technical solutions that resolve identified issues and support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate review sessions with subject matter experts and end users to ensure successful integration of new functionality within the PeopleSoft environment.
• Identify solution-related risks and work within the organisation’s RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) framework to ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
