Ardento is one of Australia's top Zoho partners, our team provides implementation and development services for the Zoho suite of products. These solutions range from small business CRM and marketing solutions, to large and complex enterprise solutions incorporating hundreds of end users and multiple Zoho applications.

This role is for business software consultant working exclusively within the Zoho platform.

This is a hands on technical consulting role, working within a small dynamic team you will be responsible for the following -

Design and lead new Zoho implementation projects.

Produce high quality client facing documentation, such a scope documents and user guides.

Configure new and existing Zoho solutions to meet client requirements.

Consultant with our internal development team on client software development requirements.

Consult with clients on strategies to improve and expand their Zoho solutions

Produce reports and dashboards for data analysis as per client requirements.

Log, manage and close client support tickets via internal help desk system.

Liaise directly with Zoho to resolve escalated client issues.

Track and maintain data within the internal CRM system.

Participate in Zoho centric online and in-person events

This role would suit an experienced software consultant with Zoho or related experience, an end user of Zoho software who is looking to move into a technical consulting role or a tech-savvy individual who is looking to break into the software consulting industry.

CRM implementation experience

Salesforce implementation experience

Dynamics CRM implementation experience

Hubspot implementation experience

Accounting or Bookkeeping experience

This role is available as a fully remote position within Australia with option to also work from our head office in Adelaide, South Australia.
